Our outdoor spaces are designed to spark imagination, encourage adventure, and support children’s physical development.
From our state-of-the-art climbing fort to our natural gardens and sensory play areas, children are encouraged to challenge themselves, build confidence, develop gross motor skills, and connect with the natural world every day.

Small Ratios, Meaningful Relationships

Our Nursery operates with a 1:3 educator-to-child ratio, ensuring our youngest learners receive the individual attention, care, and nurturing support they deserve.
To support the health and safety of our babies, our Nursery is also a dedicated no-shoe environment, creating a clean and hygienic space for children to crawl, explore, and grow.
In our 3–5-year-old learning environments, we go beyond minimum staffing requirements by providing additional educators to ensure every child receives the support they need to flourish.

We believe children’s learning is most meaningful when families and educators work together. That’s why we create regular opportunities for families to engage with their child’s learning through events, celebrations, and end-of-term learning showcases.
These special showcases give children the opportunity to proudly share their projects, discoveries, and achievements while allowing families to gain a deeper understanding of their child’s learning journey throughout the term.
Building Confident School Starters
We are proud of our strong partnership with Carol Park State School, helping children transition confidently from Kindergarten to Prep.
By building connections with the school community and developing the skills needed for future learning, children leave Gardenia Ellen Grove feeling capable, confident, and ready for their next chapter.
Learning Beyond the Classroom
Learning at Gardenia extends far beyond traditional experiences.
Our Kindergarten children will have the opportunity to participate in a summer swimming program through our partnership with a local swim school, helping them develop water confidence and important safety skills.
Children also enjoy hands-on culinary experiences led by our onsite chef, where they learn about healthy eating, develop practical life skills, and gain confidence through cooking and food exploration.
Experienced Leadership You Can Trust
Leading our centre is Karyn, who brings more than 20 years of experience in early childhood education.
Her passion for children, commitment to quality, and dedication to building strong relationships with families help create a welcoming and supportive environment where children and educators thrive.
