For Our Families
Family support at Gardenia Early Learning.
We believe every child’s early learning journey is enriched when families are actively involved in their learning and development.
Our centres are more than places for children to learn; they’re communities where families and educators work together to help every child thrive.
Supporting Our Early Learning Families
Open Communication
We value transparent and open communication with families. We always keep our doors open and encourage families to drop by, call, or email us anytime with questions, concerns, or just to say hello.
Partners in Learning
We view families as partners in their child’s learning journey. We collaborate closely with families to understand each child’s unique needs, strengths, and interests, ensuring that our programs support their growth and development.
Family Involvement
We encourage families to participate in various aspects of our centres, including joining us for special events and celebrations. We believe that when families actively engage, children feel supported and motivated to excel.
Resources and Support
We provide resources, workshops, and support services to empower families in their parenting journey. Whether it’s tips for fostering early literacy skills or guidance on navigating challenging behaviours, we’re here to assist families at every stage and in every way.
Community Building
We foster a sense of community among our families through regular family events, parent networking opportunities, and parent support groups. Furthermore, we believe that by connecting families, we create a strong support system that benefits both children as well as their families.
Celebrating Diversity
We celebrate the diversity of our families and embrace cultural differences. Our early learning centres provide welcoming and inclusive environments where all families feel respected, valued, and accepted.
