Gardenia Early Learning Clontarf

Our purpose-built early learning centre first opened in 2023 and was purchased by Gardenia Early Learning on the 26th of August 2024 as our very first centre. Clontarf has been pivotal in the growth of our group, marking the beginning of Kylie’s long-held vision for Gardenia Early Learning. Kylie, our Owner and General Manager of Operations, has worked in the early childhood sector for over 15 years and is passionate about bringing her knowledge and commitment to quality education into the Redcliffe community where she was born.

Conveniently located on Elizabeth Avenue with easy access and ample on-site parking, our Clontarf centre features six purpose-designed activity rooms, each thoughtfully created to encourage creativity, individuality, and self-confidence. Every room is beautifully resourced with natural timber materials and the latest educational tools.

Beach Kinder Program
Our Beach Kinder Program is offered for children of all ages, providing a unique outdoor learning experience by the seaside. Children engage in hands-on nature play, exploration, and discovery, fostering curiosity, confidence, and a love of the outdoors.

Artist-in-Residence Program
Our Artist-in-Residence Program is a weekly program for our 3–5-year rooms, where a local artist comes in to work closely with the children, inspiring creativity and self-expression. This program culminates in our six-monthly Art Showcases, open to families and the wider community, celebrating the children’s artistic achievements and connecting our centre to the local arts community.

Strong Family Connections
We pride ourselves on fostering a warm and supportive community. Many families enjoy staying and connecting with others over a coffee in our courtyard, building friendships and a strong sense of belonging.

Kindergarten & Pre-Kindergarten Programs
At Gardenia Early Learning Clontarf, we are proud to have experienced Bachelor-qualified teachers leading both our Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten rooms, ensuring children benefit from high-quality, play-based learning programs tailored to their age and stage of development.

Our approved and funded Kindergarten program is aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline (QKLG). All eligible children receive 15 hours of free kindy (40 weeks per year) as we are an Approved QLD Kindergarten Provider.

At Gardenia Early Learning, we respectfully acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the lands and waterways across Queensland where our centres are located. We pay our deepest respects to Elders past and present, and we extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, families, and communities who are part of our learning journey. We honour their enduring connection to Country, culture, and community, and we are grateful to learn, play, and grow together on these lands.
